The whole room was good looking and brand-new and had a fridge, a sitting area, and a writing table. The staff were helpful, we had an early check-in process. Location: the hotel was very close to train station and restaurants in La Spezia, Cinque Terre, and center.

The rooms at Lia Apartment have a lovely garden view, it's so peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The selected rooms come with a kitchen that has a fridge, so I could easily cook and store my own meals. It was so convenient! The triple room I stayed in had a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and even air conditioning. I felt like I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were great, with showers that had rainfall showerheads. It was like having a mini spa experience every time I showered. I liked that the double room had a tile/marble floor, it added a touch of elegance to the room. The triple room also had a flat-screen TV, so I could relax and watch my favorite shows after a long day of exploring. Each room had a desk, which was perfect for me as I needed to do some work during my stay. The guest house itself was cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The seating area in each room was a nice addition, providing a comfortable spot to relax and unwind. I appreciated that all the units had wardrobes, it made keeping my belongings organized much easier.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the flat-screen TV in the triple room because I prefer not to have a TV in my bedroom.

the staff was amiable and helpful, giving us all the help. the room was new-fashioned, spotless with feather pillows. 3. It had a very comfy bed and included a clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

The location of this accommodation is advantageous for those looking to be near the train station or central area. Guests can easily access the train station from this accommodation as it's really close to the station. it is only a short walk to some attractions such as St Giorgio Castle, making it relatively close to the center. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the gas central heating allows for temperature regulation.

The soundproofing is lacking in the walls, making it difficult to fully relax.

Our romantic escape was enjoyable overall thanks to the clean and well-maintained room. We appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore our surroundings and the nearby attractions. the apartment had a nice outdoor space for us to enjoy a fresh meal while taking in the beautiful views.

Some aspects detracted from our stay. The room was not soundproof, so we heard a lot of noise from outside and from our neighbors.
